The ITIL Intermediate Service Operations Certificate is part of the
Lifecycle Module and is one of the modules, which leads to the
ITIL Expert in Information Technology Service Management
Certificate. By taking this course, the participants will also gain the skills required to take the ITIL Intermediate Qualification – Service
Operation Certification Exam and clear it successfully.
Pre-requisite Entry Criteria
Candidates wishing to be trained and examined for this
qualification must already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate in itil framework .

conducted at the end of Day 3 on completion of the workshop.

and validate the knowledge on industry practices in service
management as documented in the ITIL Service Operation
