As career mapping and career building experts, we the team of certified global career counsellors, occupational psychologists, industryexperts, business consultants and educationists help individuals in mapping their career passion and build/rebuild their career that gives personal satisfaction and professional development.

Course Outline
With the aim of finding the your passion and understand your personality, we follow a 4 step process :
Step1
CAREER COUNSELLING: an interactive session to understand your personality – childhood interests, schooling, interests, strengths and weaknesses.
Step2
CAREER MAPPING: An online career mapping test which lists out the 10-15 career options specific to your personality. An optional complimentary behavioural assessment report is also offered.
Step3
CAREER GUIDANCE: Career mapping test, Report Analysis and shortlisting 2-3 career choices. Detailed career guidance on each of these career choices with specific reference to the individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
Duration of each session:
- Session 1: 1.5 hour
- Session 2: 0.5 hour
- Session 3: 1.0 hour
All sessions except 2 are conducted using the zoom tool. Session 2 is an online career assessment test.

Harmeet has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneurship educator, personal effectiveness trainer, career counsellor, educationist, business consultant, mentor and a passionate entrepreneur. She works with students, faculties, parents and working professionals. As a founder of Fermata Ventures she has been able to build a team of senior experts across several domains.
She is an MPhil in Business Economics and Masters in Commerce from University of Delhi. She is an alumnus of ISB, Hyderabad. She is a certified NLP practitioner, Retail Trainer, Entrepreneurship Educator and Career Counselor. In the words of Harmeeet:
